Everyone knows the big Draper hot spots—SunCrest, Steeplechase, Draper Heights. But some of Draper’s best value sits in the pockets people overlook.

For example, the older established neighborhoods along Fort Street and the east bench offer large lots, mature landscaping, and easy access to trails without the luxury price tag. Buyers love the feel of these areas the moment they step out of the car.

There are also newer, quieter pockets west of 1300 East where homes are more affordable but still close to everything. I’ve helped families find incredible opportunities simply by being willing to look just a few streets outside the typical searches.
