I get this question all the time: “If I’m buying my first home, should I focus on Midvale or West Jordan?” The truth? Both have benefits—just different ones.

Midvale:

Central location
Close to TRAX & I-15
Great for commuters
More condos/townhomes
Lower price point

West Jordan:

More space
More single-family homes
Newer neighborhoods
Great parks
Family-friendly vibe

Here’s my take:
If convenience matters most → Midvale.
If space matters most → West Jordan.
