Midvale vs. West Jordan: Which Is Better for First-Time Buyers?
I get this question all the time: “If I’m buying my first home, should I focus on Midvale or West Jordan?” The truth? Both have benefits—just different ones.
Midvale:
- Central location
- Close to TRAX & I-15
- Great for commuters
- More condos/townhomes
- Lower price point
West Jordan:
- More space
- More single-family homes
- Newer neighborhoods
- Great parks
- Family-friendly vibe
Here’s my take:
If convenience matters most → Midvale.
If space matters most → West Jordan.
